Anthura is the world’s number one in the field of breeding and propagation of Anthuriums and is ranking amongst the best for Phalaenopsis. The main motivation that drives our business is the passion for flowers and plants. The diversity in varieties has been greatly increased in recent years through breeding and selection. Our Anthurium range consists of both pot plant and cutflower varieties.

In 2006 Kunming Anthura Horticulture Co. Ltd. started in Songming, near Kunming. In Songming, Kunming Anthura Horticulture Co. Ltd. is growing young-plants of Anthuriums for both pot plant as well as cutflower cultivation. We also grow the young-plants of Bromeliads, which are varieties from the company Corn. Bak B.V. in Holland. The young-plants are supplied to our customers in different parts of China.

We focus on the supply of excellent quality young-plants. Next to this we also supply the know-how for the growers to make their cultivation successful, including technical advise, visits to the customers, fertilizer analysis etc.

In 2008 we constructed a demonstration greenhouse in Songming. In this greenhouse we show the latest varieties of Anthuriums and Bromeliads. We also provide training courses for our customers in this greenhouse.
