HilverdaKooij is a leading company in the selection, breeding and propagation of carnation, limonium and alstroemeria varieties. Thanks to our large scale and extensive extended network of establishments in the Netherlands and abroad, we are able to offer a complete assortment to our customers all over the world.

Strong cooperation
HilverdaKooij was founded in September 2008 by combining two renowned suppliers of carnation cuttings. Thanks to this cooperation, HilverdaKooij is a strong company that have a unique assortment of the products carnation, spray carnation, alstroemeria and limonium. We also supply the pot plant series Sunflor® (carnation), Florini® (anthirrinum) and Inticancha® (alstroemeria).

Innovation in product development
HilverdaKooij dispose of an enormous expertise in propagation techniques. We achieved pioneering results in developing new varieties. Thanks to our ample joint expertise, we are able to introduce new genetic techniques in floral industry.

International network
To reach the best efficiency at lowest possible costs, we decentralized part of our company activities. We brought our production facilities closer to the market. Therefore we strongly save on energy and transport costs. Also in view of durability and continuation, these developments are profitable for our customers. Meanwhile we have production facilities in the Netherlands, Colombia, Kenya and China.
