Priva – celebrating its fifty-year anniversary in 2009 – supplies products and services to the greenhouse horticultural and commercial & residential building sectors in more than seventy countries. More than four hundred employees working at locations in seven countries worldwide focus daily on the development and distribution of solutions for process control. Priva is the world market leader in the horticultural sector and has also earned its spurs in the building sector.

Our objective is to create a healthy, comfortable, productive environment in any building or production process our clients present, in a sustainable and efficient manner, thus ensuring our customers remains competitive in an ever-changing world. As a result of shared knowledge and expertise between our Agro Business (protected cropping) and Building Intelligence (commercial, public and industrial buildings) divisions, our customers will be offered the best available solutions for every situation.

Priva has next to the head quarters in The Netherlands, offices in Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Priva is active in China for more than 20 years and the last years with its own office in Beijing. Together with the growers, government, universities and installers we try to support the further development of the horticultural industry in a sustainable way. In line with this we are constantly in search for the best fit between the local market and our organization.

Therefore we work with dedicated and reliable local installers and in new market, like Vietnam and Thailand, we are searching for good partnerships. Based on this proven combination we support growers in more than 70 countries worldwide during the set up of their greenhouses and in operating and improving them.
