Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences

For more than 4,500 international students, Van Hall Larenstein offers Bachelor and Master programmes in ‘nature and environment’, ‘human and animal health’ and ‘responsible entrepreneurship’. It’s a unique knowledge institute that combines higher vocational education with consultancy services for economic and social questions. Two courses – International Agribusiness & Trade and International Horticulture & Marketing - focus on the worldwide industry of ‘Food and Flowers’. The partnership with Wageningen University and Research Centre (WUR) enables us to draw from the largest base of knowledge on floriculture and marketing in the world.

Van Hall Larenstein has a cooperation with Yunnan Agricultural University since the 1990’s. Students in horticulture and agribusiness study for 2 years in Kunming and then for another 2 years in The Netherlands.
